how do I get trained?

I am a long time nurse who would like to change fields from neonatology to oncology/hospice. How do I get the training? No one is offering training programs anymore and the search engines only show generic degree completion programs.

Onco/Hospice r contradictary terms aren't they? MS/Onc is where I work. You are either treating=(onco) or not=(Hospice). Working it is the only way to learn prior to cert. 2/day cert class + 40/H OTJ Neoplast admin. We are fortunate enough to wing our unit off of a Ca. center.
