I'd like to find out what policies other hospitals and infusion centers use for ramping Taxol infusion rates. At my hospital we start at 50ml/hr for 15 min, increase to 100ml/hr for 15min, then 150ml/hr for 15min, then 200ml/hr for remainder of the infusion.
