SUSPECTED CAREGIVER CAUSING HARM

I suspect that the live-in girl friend of my brother is not giving medication correctly. He has lung cancer. Shirley has POA. He doesn't have much money.

I don't want to hurt anyone if it's not true. Yet, I don't want her to harm him.
