Advan.Oncology Cert. Nrs. Practitioner question

Hi, Iam preparing to enter a Masters degree program however I have no experience in Oncology Nursing.

My nursing career consists of ICU, CCU and Telemetry.

Whereby, I've always had a 'calling' for Oncolgy. I'd like to fulfill my remaining years(approx. 10 years), in this rewarding speciality of nursing.

Question #1: What are my chances of a obtainable Oncology Nursing career, with a Masters degree and no Oncology experience?

Question #2: Should I consider obtaining an Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse Practitioner degree?

Your advise and HELP!!!, is greatly appreciated.
